You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with local laws, particularly if fundraising involves elements regulated under gambling or lottery legislation.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, design, graphics, code, logos, and trademarks on the Services are owned by or licensed to Football Scratch Card Ltd. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal or team fundraising.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of our Services without our express written consent.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

You agree not to use our platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

Misrepresent your team or fundraising authorisation.

Interfere with system integrity or security.

Upload harmful code, spam, or conduct scraping.

Impersonate others or create fake accounts.

Use our platform to compete with us or for commercial resale.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. USER CONTRIBUTIONS

If the platform allows you to submit content (e.g., team logos, player names), you warrant that:

You have rights to use and upload that content.

Your content does not violate any laws or infringe on others’ rights.

Your contributions are not offensive or misleading.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our terms.

9. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE

By uploading or submitting content (e.g., team info, images, text), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to provide the Services.

You retain ownership of your content, but you agree we may display and host it as necessary.

10. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

11. FUNDRAISING RULES

You must have explicit authorisation from your team’s official (manager, treasurer, secretary) before starting a fundraising campaign.Your team is responsible for ensuring compliance with UK gambling and lottery regulations, including registration with your local council or holding an exemption certificate where applicable. You agree to provide proof of such authorisation upon request.We are not liable for any unauthorised fundraising activity conducted on our platform.Any violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your campaign or account.

12. PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

13. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe you are violating these Terms or applicable laws. You may cancel your account at any time. Refunds will not be issued for active or completed campaigns.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts located in England.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

17. DISCLAIMERS

We do not guarantee the success of any fundraising campaign or specific results. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the last 6 months.

19. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Football Scratch Card harmless against any claims arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

20. USER DATA

We retain certain data that you transmit through the Services for the purpose of operating the platform and facilitating campaign success. While we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for your own data (e.g., campaign details, supporter information).

We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data, and by using the Services, you waive any legal claim regarding lost or corrupted data, unless required otherwise by law.

21. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
